Rejyna wrote & designed materials to tell website users about the concept, techniques & sections of the launch of the redesigned Corporate Website. Since she also designed the site itself, Rejyna was able to best explain it to the user-base. With a broad user base claiming little or no web surfing familiarity, Rejyna created a text based orientation that would be best suited to novice & intermediate users. Rejyna created this in MSWord and snail mailed it to the user-base. As a result, only 6% of the users had to call for questions. This orientation was then posted to the website for future users as a password protected Acrobat .pdf.
